Hyatt Regency Drums of the Pacific Luau
Enjoy a delicious feast, an exceptional show and much more at the hottest and most romantic night in the Pacific. The Hyatt Regency Drums of the Pacific Luau entertainment includes hula lessons, poi ball lessons, coconut tree climbing, and more, all while you enjoy the open bar. It is a great way to experience the culture of Hawaii first-hand. Next is a great meal, featuring Kalua Pig cooked in an authentic Imu Pit, and a dazzling array of island favorites lined up in a generous all you can eat buffet. An exotic Polynesian fashion show is followed by a spectacular cultural explosion of music and dance. This fast paced, high energy show is great for the entire family.
We have created a new tier of seating called "Preferred Seating". The section of seats for Preferred are the center tables in the room, (center tables, 2nd row from the stage). Preferred guests will enter through the VIP entrance and be seated before the General line opens. They will also be escorted to the buffet before the General guests.

Operation Days
| Hyatt Drums of the Pacific is held daily except Sunday. This Hyatt Luau will be also be closed on December 12, 14 and 15, 2011. In the months June, July and August this luau is held every night. From Oct. 1, 2011-Dec. 31, 2011 the luau will be held from 5:00-8:00. |
