Welcome to one of the most popular of all Oahu Activities - Atlantis submarine tours! Right in the action of Waikiki, The Atlantis Premium Tour takes place aboard the world's largest hi-tech 64-passenger submarine. The submarine offers an enhanced amount of personal space and large viewports (compared with other Atlantis subs) making Atlantis submarines one of the most awe inspiring Submarine and Glass bottom boat rides in our Oahu Activities category. Includes a complimentary Atlantis Souvenir Dive Log with gift shop specials.

The Odyssey Adventure has been seen on National Geographic specials.  This tour takes place in our 48-passenger submarine. Descend 100 ft below the surface as you learn about coral, reef life and submersibles while visiting our sunken shipwrecks, airplane and other artificial reefs.

The Atlantis XIV is the world's largest hi-tech passenger submarine.  You will descend to more than 100 ft below the Pacific to get a view of real marine life up close, from colorful tropical fish to bright corals and turtles. If you are lucky, you might spot a whale or dolphin.  The audio headset narration will tell you about the the reef life, coral, and submersibles as you visit various shipwrecks, downed airplanes and artificial reefs. If you haven't been to the bottom of the ocean before, this tour is must!

The Standard Atlantis Submarine Tour dives take place aboard the  48-passenger, high-tech submarine, as featured in a variety of National Geographic tv specials.

The Atlantis Premium Submarine Tour dives take place on the Atlantis XIV, a 64-passenger submarine.  It is one of the world's largest hi-tech passenger submarines. Viewports aboard the Atlantis Premium Submarine Tour are 27% larger than the other smaller Atlantis Adventures submarines.

Here's your route:

Scenic Shuttle Ride
Atlantis Submarines - Waikiki Tours takes you one mile off-shore on the Atlantis Discovery shuttle boat, which offers spectacular views of Diamond Head and the Waikiki coastline. This 20-minute shuttle ride is followed by a 40 minute submarine dive.

At 75 ft deep you will see the Pyramids -- the University of Hawaii's artificial reef project which established a safe breeding ground for tropical fish.
At 80 ft deep you are passing the the Pali O Pono natural coral reef, that was formed on an ancient lava flow.
At 85 ft deep you' will view Japanese designed and built artificial reefs, which are now home to marine life
At 110 ft deep as you reach the deepest part of the tour, you will obser remnants of two planes
Then it's back up to 75 ft, where you will see the tanker YO-257, sunk in 1989, and the Korean fishing vessel St. Pedro, sunk in 1996

Surface! The submarine is cleared to surface, where you will board the Discovery for a fun ride back to Waikiki.

The 10:00 am Standard Submarine Tours feature a live Japanese narration.

The 9:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm and 3:00pm Standard Submarine Tours feature a live English narration.

The 9:00am, 10:00am and 11:00am Premium Submarine Tours feature a live Japanese narration.

The 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm and 3:00pm Premium Submarine Tours feature a live English narration.

Passengers have the option of listening to a pre-recorded narration via their own personal headset - available in Japanese, Korean, Chinese and English.

Check-in is 30 minutes prior to your tour time at the Hilton Pier located in front of the Hilton Hawaiian Village Ali'i Tower.

Equipment State of the Art Submarines
Restrictions Guests are required to independently navigate a nearly vertical 7-step ladder into and out of the submarine. No infants. Children must be a minimum of 36" in height to ride the submarine. Tours are weather permitting.
