Real Wet Excursion
The Real Wet excursion takes you to the southern side of the island to what many locals call some of the wettest areas on Oahu. Enjoy a 2-4 mile hike and prepare to get wet as this is as tropical as you can get. Your Native Hawaiian guide will take you through lush rainforests on the island where trails lead to streams of fresh running water and bamboo groves. Your guide will give expert narration on the plant life, and the Hawaiian culture present here. Botanists from all over the world visit these areas. Beauty and tranquility are abundant here.
We are licensed and authorized to use Manoa Falls by DLNR and will do so when weather conditions permit. If the trail is closed due to weather or trail capacity being met, our alternate excursion is Kuliouou in the Hawaii Kai area. This trail is one of the least used on the Na Ala Hele trail systems list of permitted trails. This route has some of the most beautiful views of Honolulu from anywhere on the island.
